It is safe to say that with the current Covid-19 situation throughout the world we are in unprecedented times. I would like to reassure all of our customers that we are working hard to ensure that we minimise the effect of the current situation for all customers. Below you will find information with regards to deliveries or mirror doors, stock and of course measures we are taking to minimise the spread of the virus.
First and foremost, we are still open, and continuing to supply and support our customers.
In order to protect our customers and drivers we are asking all customers to notify us if the mirrored door delivery is being made to a household who are self-isolating. We have in place that if the customer is happy for us to delivery on a curbside drop then we will where possible act upon this request. In the interests of safety, we will not be asking for signatures from any customers on completion of the delivery, instead we will be taking pictures of the doors in situ and will use these as proof of delivery. In regard to reporting any issues with a door delivery we are extending the timescale for this from 1 working day to 3 working days to allow customers the time to check the doors over and to report back with any concerns. Each reported issue will be assessed and acted upon on a case by case basis. Also, depending on how the situation evolves delivery times may have to be longer than those advertised. We will do everything within our power to keep to these but if the unfortunate was to happen we will be in contact with you to advise.
Stock and Manufacturing
During the period of uncertainty, we may at times be unable to keep to our advertised manufacturing timescales, we will be in constant communication with all customers that may be affected by this and provide estimated extended timescales.
In relation to stock, we do hold a healthy level of stock. Though due to current restrictions in place throughout the rest of Europe / the World we may experience delays in replenishment of stock and will advise at the point of order if this is the case. We will still be operating a first come first served scenario for all stock and will not be holding any stock for customers.
